Amazing stove

I've had induction cooktops and ranges before. This one works as well as the more expensive ones but it doesn't have the controls on the stovetop glass. At first you'd think this is a negative but having the controls on the cooktop is a terrible design. If a pan or a drop of water splashes onto the controls then everything turns off. Also this has the good old fashioned oven cleaning setting. Several manufacturers have touted their "steam clean feature". This doesn't work. I like the option to nuke everything into gray ash. It works great and doesn't require any caustic sprays. I'd recommend this stove over the more expensive competitors. Their markup does give you a better product. Just ask the Kit@&%*naid that burst into flames for no reason. :(

Doesn™€™t Keep Temp or Cook Evenly

The oven doesn™€™t keep temp. And it absolutely does not cook evenly, no matter what setting you use. This was the worst purchase. I previously had an Electrolux induction range with convection oven and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately this Frigidaire was recommended as an even trade compared to what we had since Electrolux wasn™€™t available at the time. I™€™d rather be cooking with my slowly dying Electrolux than this range. The cook top doesn™€™t react as fast and takes longer to boil.

Problems since day 1!

We have had numerous problems from warped induction burners, off center burners, broiler going on instead of bake element, not being able to hold temperature in oven, burning food in front part of oven, etc. They have replaced the computer parts 2 times, bake element and broiler element, induction burners, and still having the same problems. It is one year old and the warranty company refunded the purchase price because after 6 times they are unable to fix the stove. Terrible quality!

Induction is a huge improvement over electric. I can't believe how quickly this thing can boil water; full pot at a rolling boil in under 2 minutes. The air fryer feature is great and I was able to get rid of one small appliance off my counter thanks to this.

Control Panel Failure

It took almost 3 months for the range to be delivered. 3 days after delivery of our range, it began beeping and displaying F05 error code. 2 weeks later, a replacement control panel arrived and was installed by the retailer.Given the limited time we have been able to use the range, a full review is not possible. The induction cooktop is incredible. Water for oatmeal boils in seconds. 6 qts of water began boiling in under 10 minutes. Cleanup is easy.Hopefully, our delays and disappointments are behind us and we can get back to cooking.

It took me weeks to decide on this range. I looked at numerous similar ranges and reviews. I™€™m so glad I picked this one. I bought it primarily for the induction cooktop. It™€™s unbelievable how fast it cooks and no baked on mess like with my other electric glass cooktop. I have used the oven a few times and it™€™s working great but I™€™m most pleased with the induction cooktop. I™€™ll never go back to gas or standard electric.

We love the AirFry function and the range pre-hears very fast. The induction cooktop lives up to the hype with lightning fast ore-heating and precise temperature control. The only quibble we have is with the front panel touch controls for the burners. Very finicky.

Great range except for...

This is a great range, except for the design of the control panel. Because of the mostly vertical placement of the control panel it is much too easy to lean against it and accidentally push buttons. They have no way to lock the controls either, in case you have kids. My recommendation to them is to change the angle the panel is on to more horizontal and add a lock for controls.

Works well, but I have a nit

This is a good stove, no question. I have one issue with it, which is that the digital setting for surface burners don't allow enough flexibility to hit just the right heat level. In some cases I can adjust the ingredients to compensate, (a little extra water so the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan for example), but it is troublesome that I cannot get a "6.something" setting that is just right to saute my veggies, and the responsiveness means I cannot just work back and forth between 6 and 7. I would much prefer a slider or knob that provides much finer control of temperature.

Induction range with air fry

We love how it heats up things, especially to boil water with the power boost setting. So quick. Tried the air fry feature making sweet potato fries. They turned out great and the process was quite quick as well. The range has a bit of a learning curve by learning how high or low to cook certain items, but we are adjusting to it and loving it.

This range and the induction cooktop are well-designed, functional, and energy efficient. This range is sleek, spacious, easy to use, and has 3 shelves and a drawer for storage as well as an air fry option. The induction cooktop cleans easily, cooks evenly, and allows the user to raise or lower the temperature quickly. The top cools quickly making it safer. Cooking with magnets is also good for the environment. I would highly recommend this product for its energy efficiency, safety, and looks!

Poor attitude for factory service

We've had our range for only a week. There is a buzzing noise from the oven that seems to cycle in sync with the heating element. The factory service line sent us to a service company that made us prepay $104 in case the repair is not covered. This is BAD customer service. We have not had the range long enough to fully evaluate it, but this early negative experience with factory customer service certainly leaves a bad taste.

I love cooking on a gas stove, but my house wasn't hooked up for gas. It's going to cost too much for hook up so we decided to try an induction range. It has some quirks, but overall I like it.

Cooking on it is a dream - extremely fast temperature changes and sautes more evenly than our old gas stove. However, the touch controls are frustrating, as I sometime have to touch the on-off buttons multiple times to get them to work, very much unlike all the other touch buttons on other appliances, such as the microwave.

This was really easy to use! I really liked the precise ability to control the heat. So efficient-only the area under the pan is heated and it turns off instantly. Amazing! Great Induction Range

This is my first induction range and I really enjoy cooking on it. It provides similar aspects to a gas stove by the way it heats up and cools down quickly. So much better than an electric stove and so much easier to clean because you can control the temperature so much better. I have yet to use the air fry option but am looking forward to it.

I spent 5 minutes frying eggs on the back burner on this range and turned on the front burner twice and changed the clock to the timer. I called my husband over and he did the same thing. The front controls are sensitive and located right where you will bump them. The only way to cook on it without bumping them is to stretch uncomfortably which I don't see doing when you have a lot of cooking to do. I am 5' 8" so I have a good reach. Called and returned it.

Happy wife, happy life! Well... I'm happy too. First off I must say we are both amazed by the performances of this unit compare to our old one. Being an induction range, it boils water super fast, but we noticed an incredible difference in how fast the oven pre-warms, compared to our old unit. This unit also really enhances the look of the kitchen.Only things that I would note : The air fryer tray is not included, must be bought separately. The drawer really does not contain much, to the point it could be removed altogether and would not change anything. Lastly, it was not really evident that you need to hold the on/off button of the burners to turn it on.Would definitely buy again.

We have had our stove for two weeks now and it has been working nicely. We have tried the various functions of the oven and it performs well.Only issue so far is the stainless steel cap just over the oven door. It marrs easily and there not much you can about it.

So far, so great!

I™€™ve only had this one day but successfully made a grilled cheese sandwich on the induction top, air fried onion rings and made chicken piccata with side of pasta and marinara. No burns! But the onion rings were over done. Never did this before so I wasn™€™t sure about the time. The cooktop cooled quicker than my previous regular electric range but not instantly. You could not put your hand on the burner for maybe 5 minutes. The push button controls worked fine but do be aware that they are easy to turn on accidentally until you learn. Love that the marinara and other splatters just wiped off easily! I™€™m sure I™€™m going to love this range. Side note - I bought Cuisinart MCP-12N cookware to use with this - worked great and is so pretty. My only negative is that the factory applied protective tape on the top of the control panel took half an hour to remove with Goo Gone and a ruined manicure.

I love my range. The only thing i would like changed is that the controls on the front are so sensitive. A bar sits behind mine and I'm short so when i reach over the stove i always hit the controls and they beep all over the place. But other than that i love it. East to cook on, oven is nice and easy to clean up.

I am picky about my kitchen appliances. As a ™€œ seasoned cook™€ of many years as a homemaker and professional cook I know the features I want for consistent results when I cook. We found our dream fixer home recently, but the old range had to go.Every review and type of free standing range was considered for the pros. -and than visits were made to many stores to see actual products. The Frigadaire with 3 rack oven with bake, convection and air fry And 4 induction self pot sizing burners has been everything it claimed to be. Consistent results. High quality valueFor the price point for this range. We paid for this range . No one gave us an incentive . This product does what it advertises consistently, easily.

Cooktop - very good! Oven - on probation!

We purchased this unit recently to replace a gas range. Induction cooktop has performed very well, we are very pleased with it. The oven, however, is a different story. First unit would not hold temperature at all - hard to use when you set to 350 and 45-50 minutes later is is at 230! Service tech that came out was not any help, and a bit rude on top of that. So, we were able to contact our sales person, and we got another range quickly. Oven still inconsistently cooks under set temperature, nearly 25 degrees, so we are still leery of it. We don't have a lot of confidence in it, so we find ourselves turning the oven off then immediately back on in an attempt to maintain temperature. Just tried the steam clean, not terribly impressed with that performance. So, we are pretty disappointed, and at this point are regretting the purchase.

I purchased this product because it was the lowest price point for an induction stove and electric oven. I have been using it for the better part of a year. Unfortunately the induction burners do not consistently heat a pan that is very precisely placed over the burner.Additionally, this entire oven trips a circuit with every attempt to use broil or a temperature over 450. I've had an electrician evaluate the issue and the problem lies with the product.While I registered the product initially on purchase, I came to understand that customer support for this product is very poor. Registering the product appears to provide no protection whatsoever and provide no access to customer service beyond a general service line.If I had to purchase an induction stove and oven again, which I probably will in the next couple of years, I would buy something with more consistent performance and with better customer service, even at a higher price point.
