How do I recieve a user name and password?
Click here, and you can use the setup form to send us your information. Once the information is verified, an account will be setup, and you will recieve an e-mail with your username and password.

I can't log-in , or the page is telling me "Wrong user name and/or password"
Your user name / password is CASE SENSITIVE - Make sure you dont use all CAPS.

My page hasn't been updated for quite a while? WHY?
Sometimes you need to REFRESH your page. Click the refresh button at the top of the browser.

I cannot view any of the specifications, why not?
